I’ve loved hearing the feedback from people! And I thought I’d share some of their experiences about the challenge so far.
This last week has been pretty overwhelming for us all and I’ve really felt that my meditations have given me that much needed break from all that is happening externally and a chance to really focus inwards.
As you can see people have already found some real benefit from taking part in the challenge and you could too!
It really isn’t too late join in!
