My personal mission is to help people develop their self-awareness to improve their mental wellbeing for a better quality of life.
I wanted to tie my education, own experience, personal research and blogs around mental health and wellbeing together, so here I am introducing you to MindMindfully workshops!
The goal is to provide and equip people with the knowledge, tools and power to help them protect, manage and uplift their mental health as well as promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
The knowledge shared during these workshops will encourage people to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Inspiring them to be more intentional with their time, energy, and attention in order to live a more meaningful and flourishing life.
So what can you expect from a MindMindfully workshop?
Expect to be taken on a journey of self-discovery which will encourage you to pay attention to your mind in the present moment. You will learn how to develop your awareness and identify your thoughts, as well as use coping strategies to help you navigate everyday life.
By no means have I got all the answers but I hold mental health dear to my heart, I strive to raise awareness, break down stigma, educate as well as promote positive mental health and well-being. To put it simply, I just want to help people help themselves.
