ZoD: 20 Days of Mindful Minutes

Hi Everyone,

We are now two thirds of the way through! I’m really pleased for those who have managed to find themselves still taking part.

As we are now in the double digits I know it has been a bit more difficult to meditate but well done to everyone for managing to find the time to continue with their practices.

If you have missed a couple of days and have been able to pick it back up again well done for your perseverance too!

Day 20 means that you have now completed a total of 210 mindful minutes!
