Mind Mindfully

Mind Mindfully is a reminder to be present and aware of yourself, others and your surroundings.

My mission is to help people develop their self-awareness to improve their mental well-being for a better quality of life. I aim to achieve this by writing about my personal experience around mindfulness, meditation and minimalism. The knowledge I have gained so far has encouraged me to be intentional with my time, energy, and attention to live a more meaningful life. I hope that by sharing my thoughts I can leave you with a little inspiration to explore your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
